Bruno Pasquinelli is one of the Founders of Normandy Homes. He has over 30 years of homebuilding experience and launched the Normandy Homes luxury brand in 2012 to provide spacious home designs with high quality craftsmanship, energy saving construction and innovative architectural designs for comfortable family living.
Bruno grew up in the home building profession, serving in numerous capacities from laborer to building superintendent, land developer and eventually director of land acquisition. He previously served as division manager and regional manager for a successful private homebuilder credited with creating the suburban townhome market in the DFW Metroplex. Over the years, his building companies have won numerous McSam Awards for outstanding product and interior design.
Bruno is also the Founder of CB JENI Homes, formed in 2009 to create Lifestyle homes, affordable townhomes filled with energy efficient amenities and ease of maintenance to accommodate today’s busy lifestyles.
Bruno holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Business from the University of Wisconsin.
Bill has over 30 years of commercial and residential construction operations management experience for several national and regional homebuilders in the southwest. He has been successful standardizing operating procedures, maximizing organizational structures, and implementing results-driven processes.
Bill is responsible for the daily business operations of our construction, purchasing and customer service departments along with training and talent assessment, and leadership development.
Bill earned a Master of Administration in Construction Management at Northern Arizona University.
Director of Sales
Nancy is responsible for the management, training, motivation and sales production of the Normandy Homes sales team. Her leadership and training programs give our sales counselors the knowledge and skills they need to provide a customer-focused home buying experience.
Nancy has over twenty years in the homebuilding industry, beginning her career as an on-site sales counselor. She then served as sales manager, director of sales and marketing, and vice president of sales at a number of highly regarded homebuilding companies. Her leadership, ability to motivate her team and management style make her a valuable asset to the Normandy team and highly respected throughout the DFW homebuilding industry.
Nancy attended college in Oklahoma, and earned a Certified Graduate Builder Designation from the National Association of Home Builders in 2010 and its Masters Certification in 2011.
Director of Construction
Rick oversees all aspects of the construction process including supervising all Community Construction Managers, and is responsible for estimating, construction budgeting and quality control. He is also heavily involved in neighborhood association management, new product development, customer relations and the Normandy Homes Customer Care Program.
Rick Davis has been with the company since it first started and has led massive growth in all areas of construction. He began his career in the homebuilding industry by framing houses for his father in 1987 and continued through college. Rick then joined a major homebuilder in the Dallas area first as field manager and then area construction manager. Later he became Director of Recruiting and Development for construction and sales where he spent two years developing training programs.
